Satya (Rajasekhar) is an encounter specialist. He had a complete support from the Chief Minsiter (M. Satyanarayana Rao), and the latter used to claim that it is not a mistake to eliminate the traitors. Once Satya’s wife (Sanjana), who was pregnant, and her entire family, die in the hands of a terrorist. Satya who learns that the terrorist was able to escape from the jail because of a corrupt jail official, Satya kills him mercilessly. Once, a person called Ansari (Atul Kulkarni), who was branded a terrorist, was to be brought from Vizag to Hyderabad and make him appear before the court. Satya gets the opportunity to lead a team for the job. Besides Satya, the other team members include circle inspector Veera Pratap (Sivaji), sub-inspector Basara Papa (Neetu Chandra), another sub-inspector (Sai Kiran) and a constable (Siva Reddy). Several dirty politics involved in the operation and how Satya and his team were able to bring Ansari and produce him before the court? How Satya took revenge against the terrorist who killed his wife and her entire family? How, he taught a lesson to the terrorists and those who were helping them? Answers to all these questions had to be watched on the screen amidst boredom.
